This role, based in Edmonton or Calgary, involves working on emergency responses for diverse incidents like pipeline releases and train derailments. You'll be crucial in guiding clients, managing projects, and engaging in fieldwork that enhances environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support emergency response through planning and training
• Oversee contractor activities related to spill management
• Conduct water and soil sampling for quality testing




• Prepare reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions
• Analyze data and draft progress updates for clients
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Environmental, Civil, Geological or Chemical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, co-op included
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
• Attention to detail with solid analytical skills
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions
