LutherCare Communities is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker for its Group Home team. You will support clients in their daily activities and ensure their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate has a grade 12 education and experience working with adults with cognitive and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Facilitate resident participation in community programs
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces and prepare meals




• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Implement individual lifestyle plans for clients
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education completed
• Experience with adults with disabilities in a residential setting
• Food Safe Certificate required
• Solid communication skills in English
• Availability for shifts including evenings and weekends
