As an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer at Finlo AI, you will own the development and building of all key AI engines that power our clients' businesses daily. You will research prospective features for the Finlo Dashboard while building your problem-focused mindset rather than a solution-focused angle. You will collaborate directly with the business development team, who is ultimately responsible for releasing and implementing strategy across several domains. You will report directly to the Vice President of Product. With an acceptance rate of less than 5%, Finlo AI stands out as the newest prestigious startup for launching your career in business,

What We're Looking For

- Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- Experience in coding languages, including Python
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align strategy
- Not looking for degrees — we’re looking for builders who can craft narratives, generate demand, and deliver growth systems from scratch.
