As a representative of our brand, you will embody our values and play a critical role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.Reporting to the Vice President, LeasingResponsibilitiesMaintaining strong relationships and ongoing contact with brokers, tenants and prospective tenants through meetings, social events, presentations, etc.Managing day to day leasing responsibilities for Office, Industrial, and Retail assetsNegotiating financial and legal terms of leasing Proposals, Offers and Leases to achieve maximum value for our clients and ownersConducting property tours with prospects and develop in-depth knowledge of the portfolio and overall marketManaging all marketing material to the brokerage community including virtual tours, brochures, promotional videos, model suites, etc.Effectively communicate and collaborate between departments, i.E. Asset Management, Construction, Development, Property Management and AccountingStrategically plan broker functions for the purpose of marketing space and maintaining business relationshipsPreparing annual leasing budgets,



deal trackers and other reporting as requiredOperating with a customer experience mindset, including acting with a sense of urgency, especially as it pertains to dealing with our broker and tenant networkRepresenting GWL Realty Advisors by maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrityQualificationsPrior commercial leasing experience with a landlord or brokerage required (minimum 5 years)Real estate license requiredStrong working knowledge of offers and leases as well as negotiation skillsOutgoing, articulate and well spoken with robust customer service skillsHigh attention to detail with strong ability to multitask in an ever-changing environmentExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation skillsCompletion of University DegreeThe base salary for this position is between $65,800.00 to $109,700.00 annually.
