and report unsafe conditionsRequired Qualifications:• CSA-approved steel-toe boots• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials• Comfortable working in dusty environments, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions• Robust work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions• Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team• Reliable transportation to the worksite and a commitment to consistent attendanceBonus points• Previous experience in demolition, construction, general labour, or other physically demanding work• Experience using basic hand tools and construction equipment• Class 5 Drivers licenseRight People.
