Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst based in Montreal to support the Up-to-date Desktop Program. This role will be instrumental in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of desktop modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and operations to drive alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze current desktop infrastructure and identify areas for improvement and modernization.
• Support the planning and execution of the Modern Desktop Program workstreams.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.




• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery across regions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of desktop infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
