Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in residents' well-being
• Provide general housekeeping and recreational activities
• Document ADLs thoroughly and accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Understanding of seniors' needs and health processes
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Clear vulnerable sector screening and TB test results
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
