At IPS, we are seeking a dedicated Lead Field Service Technician specializing in large motors. You will lead service jobs, mentor junior technicians, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your experience with motors, VFDs, and PLCs will equip you to provide thorough vibration analysis and electrical testing, helping our customers maintain peak operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead field service jobs and assist other technicians • Perform vibration analysis and electrical tests • Install and remove AC/DC electric motors • Develop service proposals and define scopes of work • Maintain compliance with safety standards

Requirements: • 4+ years of AC/DC motor experience • PdMA testing and vibration analysis preferred • Solid problem-solving and communication skills • Willingness to travel locally and stay on call • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
