High Demand

Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Full time / Part-time Ottawa-Gatineau

Provide dignified personal care to seniors in their homes. Bathing, dressing, mobility, meal support, and companionship.



Ontario PSW certificate required.

Oversee care plans, perform clinical assessments, and mentor PSWs. Wound care, medication management, and post-surgical monitoring. CNO license required.

The heartbeat of SunSouth. Match caregivers to families, manage schedules, handle family communication, and ensure no one falls through the cracks. Bilingual preferred.

Deliver skilled clinical care under RN supervision. Medication administration, wound dressing, vital signs monitoring, and patient comfort. CNO license required.

Provide emotional support, social interaction, and light assistance to seniors. Accompany clients on walks, attend appointments, and offer meaningful companionship. This role does NOT require full PSW medical responsibilities.
