GLS Canada is seeking a Dock Supervisor for our Ottawa terminal to oversee daily dock operations, driver assignments, and loading/unloading activities. You will drive productivity while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance, working closely with HR and Health & Safety teams.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of transportation regulations, and the ability to coach staff and manage KPIs.
