VON Canada is seeking a part time Personal Support Worker for its Home Support program, with 45 hours bi-weekly on weekends. Candidates will utilize their skills to provide attentive care, assist with daily activities, and ensure clients remain independent in a safe, comfortable environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing meals, mobility support, and light housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care to clients in their homes
• Collaborate on individual care plans with the client
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming,



and dressing
• Aid with mobility transfers and ensure safety
• Monitor home environments for safety and comfort
Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid or CPR Certificate
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
• Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Physically capable of performing required tasks
