As a Fractional CTO AI at Mhosaic, you combine deep technical expertise with the ability to influence at the executive level. You are the bridge between technological vision and business strategy — capable of designing a complex AI architecture in the morning and presenting a roadmap to the C-suite in the afternoon.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

- 01 Technical leadership. Define the architecture and technical strategy of AI solutions for our clients
- 02 Executive advisory. Support C-suite in their technology decisions and AI roadmap
- 03 Prototyping & technical validation. Design and validate POCs rapidly to demonstrate feasibility
- 04 Business development. Identify opportunities, structure offerings and close engagements
- 05 Technical mentorship. Coach the engineering team and elevate overall technical standards
- 06 Research & innovation. Maintain cutting-edge expertise on LLMs, AI agents and emerging tools
- 07 AI governance. Advise on security, ethics and compliance issues for AI solutions

What we're looking for

Ideal profile

Technical experience

- 10+ years of experience including minimum 5 years in technical leadership role (CTO,



VP Engineering, Head of AI, Principal Engineer)
- Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions to production
- Hands-on experience in software architecture and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency with up-to-date stacks: Python, TypeScript, ML frameworks, APIs

Business experience

- Experience in client consulting or high-level client-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience presenting to executive committees or boards
- Exceptional communication — simplify the complex without dumbing it down
- Strategic vision AND tactical execution
- Influence leadership (without direct hierarchical authority)
