About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our clients' team asGeneral Laborers . This position involves a variety of physical tasks that support daily operations across multiple work sites. Every day brings something different, and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

- General Labour Duties — Lift, move, load, and unload materials as required

- Support for Trades/Supervisors — Assist skilled tradespeople or supervisors with tasks as needed

- Work Area Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure

- Tool & Equipment Use — Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided if needed)

- Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and company policies

- Task Completion — Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

- Previous general labor experience is an asset but not required

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn





- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable)

- Good communication and teamwork skills
