Each holiday season, our stores become the place where people find the gift they’ve been thinking about since October. It’s the most joyful — and demanding — stretch of our year, and we’re hiring Seasonal Client Ambassadors at our Sherwood Park location in Edmonton to help us celebrate the season!

Hillberg & Berk was founded at a kitchen table in Regina in 2007 and has been women-owned ever since. We design jewellery for people who would rather express themselves than blend in, and we donate a minimum of 1% of annual sales to causes supporting women. Every box that leaves our stores over the holidays carries a little bit of that magic with it.

About the Role

This role is client-facing and hands-on. You’ll welcome clients, support the team in helping them find the right piece, and ensure their experience is smooth from start to finish.

You’ll also receive shipments, replenish the sales floor, keep the stockroom organized and accurate, wrap plenty of gifts, and help reset the store between rushes.

If you take pride in a store that runs beautifully, you may be the right fit for our seasonal team!
