Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this interim role in Vancouver, BC, offers an exciting opportunity to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for our North American operations. You will be tasked with providing actionable insights, collaborating with senior leaders, and playing a pivotal role in strategic planning and franchisee profitability enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for North America • Manage variance analysis to enhance financial insights • Conduct monthly financial reviews with departmental leaders • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements: • 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in FP&A; • Robust financial modeling and analysis skills • CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred • Excellent stakeholder management abilities • Prior experience in retail or food services industry preferred
