Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials (50 lbs depending on site needs)
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Basic hand-tool knowledge (hammers, drills, Power tools etc.)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
- Basic numeracy and ability to read simple instructions, labels, and safety signage
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing tasks
- Previous work in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
- Experience with equipment such as hand tools or power tools
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles
