Our client is seeking a talented and strategic Vice President of Finance to join their executive team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Vice President of Finance will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic financial planning, manufacturing costing, pricing & deal analysis as well as overseeing the information system management.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging
- Lead finance team members and engage with corporate finance teams to meet all requirements of reporting, forecasting, costing and customer pricing & profitability




- Provide guidance in establishing pricing strategy and enhance pricing control & reporting
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax & law regulations
- Work effectively with senior management team to develop and execute strategic business plans, including analysis and identification of opportunities and performance improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Skilled accounting designation (CPA)
- 10-15 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing and/or consumer goods company
