As a Maintenance Assistant, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and support our commitment to high-quality living conditions. Your role involves routine repairs and minor operations on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, along with inspections and safety checks. This role requires robust attention to detail and an ethical approach while ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine repairs and minor maintenance tasks
• Inspect premises for maintenance and safety issues




• Maintain exterior grounds and perform minor carpentry
• Follow established policies and safety guidelines
• Perform housekeeping duties as required
Requirements:
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
