In this full-time, onsite role, you will work alongside experienced training consultants to assess needs and enhance technical training through the Systematic Approach to Training. Your efforts will ensure that customer-focused training initiatives meet industry standards, with a robust emphasis on compliance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs using the Systematic Approach to Training
• Collaborate to develop comprehensive training analysis
• Evaluate training programs for continuous improvement




• Plan and organize engaging training events
• Assist with documentation and materials maintenance
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in training or education
• 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting
• Expertise in designing effective training programs
• Proficiency in remote learning technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively across all company levels
