CIBC is seeking a Senior Director of Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation in Toronto. You will lead the enterprise strategy, align it with Truth and Reconciliation commitments, and partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to embed Indigenous inclusion into workforce planning and business planning.

You will influence senior leaders, build credible relationships with communities, and guide multi‑year plans with measurable outcomes. Hybrid work with on‑site and remote days is expected.
