What You'll Earn

- OTE of $115,000+
- Uncapped commissions, paid every two weeks
- Guaranteed base salary of $40,000
- Performance bonuses and sales allowance

What You'll Do

- Prospect, develop, and grow business relationships throughout your territory.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person and virtually.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized digital marketing solutions.
- Present advertising and lead generation strategies across search, social media, websites,



reputation management, and AI-enabled services.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of current and existing clients.
- Build long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of B2B, outside sales, or business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Reside within the Greater Montreal or Quebec city area
- Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, SaaS, or related industries is considered an asset.
- This position involves DAILY interactions with clients or internal and/or external professionals at the national level. Therefore, BILINGUALISM in French and English is required.
