What you will be doing:

Operational responsibilities

- Support ONE ID operational activities including client support, partner requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Execute IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
- Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID onboarding and adoption.
- Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
- Support testing of new features and client health validation activities in lower environments.

What you must have:

- 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments.




- Hands‑on experience with client support and client onboarding.
- Strong attention to detail with specific focus on data integrity.
- Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients and partners in an operational environment.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes.

Salary/Rate: $543.75
