Home Child Care Provider

Full time / 30 to 40 hours per week)

EWART FAMILY

Location: Hampton, ON

Salary: $20.85 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Starts: As soon as possible

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting

Employer's home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.

Tasks

- Supervise and care for one child. Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Bathe, dress, and feed the child. Instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace in the home. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Prepare the child for rest periods.



Tend to the emotional well-being of the child.

Job Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
