Collaboration with inter-professional teams is crucial to advancing best practices and evidence-based nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement tailored educational programs • Assess nursing staff learning needs and styles • Deliver evidence-based education and feedback • Collaborate on corporate nursing initiatives • Participate in research and quality improvement projects
Requirements: • Registered Nurse with Ontario College of Nurses • Master's degree in nursing or education • Minimum of 2 years in adult education role • Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
