What You'll Do

- Greet and welcome all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver an excellent guest experience and respond to general questions
- Confirm that individuals entering the facility are registered members or authorized guests
- Support member check-in and assist with basic account or program inquiries
- Process concession, beverage and RISE retail merchandise sales




- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report items requiring replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organized and presentable front desk and Champions Corner area Complete routine cleaning within the performance gym and basketball-court areas
- Empty garbage and recycling containers throughout designated facility areas
- Help ensure facility rules, cleanliness standards and guest-service expectations are consistently maintained

What We're Looking For

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, front-desk, hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred
- Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with guests
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable processing sales and handling payments
- Solid attention to cleanliness, organization and detail
- Able to manage several responsibilities in a busy sports-facility environment
