Description of the PositionWe are seeking astrategic and hands‑on Associate Director, IT Infrastructure/Networkto lead and evolve the enterprise technology environment that powers our mission. This is a critical leadership role responsible for thedesign, stability, security, and continuous improvementof both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure across the organization.If you are passionate about building resilient infrastructure, leading high‑performing technical teams, and driving modernization initiatives in a purpose‑driven setting, we want to hear from you.As the Associate Director, IT Infrastructure, you will providetechnical and operational leadershipfor all enterprise infrastructure systems—includingdata centers, servers, networks, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and security. You will lead the Infrastructure/Network Services team while shaping afuture‑ready, secure, and scalable technology landscapealigned to organizational priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Infrastructure Services teamProvide coaching, performance management, and growth opportunities for staffFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learningEnsure reliable 24x7 operations of enterprise systemsInfrastructure Strategy & OperationsProvide strategic and tactical leadership for the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructureOversee data centre operations, servers, storage, networking, telecom, and cloud platformsLead infrastructure modernization initiatives across both on-prem and cloud environmentsEstablish and maintain infrastructure standards, processes, and operational proceduresDrive the design, implementation, and performance of WAN, LAN, and cloud infrastructureManage system administration practices, monitoring, and performance optimizationLead infrastructure capacity planning and prioritization initiativesLead infrastructure‑related security design, implementation, and monitoringOversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, patching,



and compliance activitiesMaintain cybersecurity policies, controls, and governance frameworksPartner on threat detection, response, and forensic analysisSupport compliance initiatives, including PCI‑DSS assessments and auditsManage infrastructure budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) with a focus on value optimizationDevelop business cases to support strategic investmentsManage vendor relationships and external service providersTraining & EnablementPromote a strong culture of information security awarenessDeliver and support training initiatives for employees and leadersQualificationsExperience & EducationPost‑secondary education in IT or a related discipline5+ years of progressive experiencein senior technical infrastructure and management roles (Tier III–IV), including leadership responsibilitiesProven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teamsTechnical ExpertiseStrong experience across:Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switching/routing, VoIP)Server virtualization & enterprise storage (SAN)Cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environmentsCybersecurity frameworks and practicesDeep understanding of:Network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SMTP, Active Directory, etc.)Monitoring, troubleshooting, and hands‑on system configurationSecurity & ComplianceExperience withvulnerability management, penetration testing,



and security operationsFamiliarity withPCI‑DSS or similar regulatory frameworksis highly preferredBusiness & Leadership SkillsExperience managing infrastructure budgets and vendor relationshipsStrong project management and prioritization capabilitiesAbility to translate technical risk intobusiness impact and decision‑makingExceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and non‑technical audiencesCertifications (Preferred)CCNP,CISSP, MCSE, ITIL or equivalentTotal Compensation PackageExpected Hiring Salary Range:$99,297 - $124,121; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $142,739 with demonstrated experience and proficiency.
