Our client, retail operations support is seeking a Retail Sales Rep to join their team. As a Retail Sales Rep, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily retail and service workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a proactive approach to change, and the ability to build relationships while staying organized and detail-focused.

Shift: 4:30 pm to 8 pm

What's the Job?

Perform FMR data entry and ensure delivery sheet information is accurately captured in reports. Handle call center interaction and complete service reports with clear, professional communication. Download scanners through the cradles and support scanner control maintenance. Compare summary reports and quality reports to identify discrepancies and support accurate outcomes. Assist drivers and follow the hundred percent check-in procedure; complete other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of scanners, including breaking down scanner processes. Familiarity with the PC trucksite system. Ability to adapt well to change and consistently demonstrate core competencies including communication, innovation, change management, relationship building, and leadership.
