This role reports to the Health and Wellness Manager and is essential for maintaining a high-quality standard of resident care. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor health changes, and support housekeeping and recreational activities. Your commitment to kindness and safety will make a direct impact on the residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plans
• Monitor well-being and report changes promptly
• Provide general housekeeping and recreational support
• Document resident activities thoroughly
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the home
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Preferred CPR and First Aid certification
• Demonstrated empathy for seniors’ needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Transparent background screening, TB test, and references
