The Life Redesign Coach will collaborate with professional support staff to facilitate the delivery of customized coaching services. This role requires engaging clients in daily activities, offering personal care when needed, and fostering participation in community events. Your impactful work can help clients embrace life beyond their challenges and achieve personal milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve personal goals
• Provide support for daily living and exercise programs
• Assist with personal care tasks as required




• Encourage participation in community and recreational activities
• Work within a multi-professional coaching team
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with brain injury is an asset
• Must pass a criminal record check
• First Aid/CPR certification required
