Lead and expand retail operations with the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Vancouver Island. As a strategic leader, you will drive operational excellence and support community impact through efficient thrift stores and warehouses.

As Director of Retail Operations, you will report to the Executive Director as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This role requires a strong business acumen and the ability to lead teams across multiple locations. You will develop strategies that enhance revenue growth while ensuring operations support the Society's mission to assist those in need throughout Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic oversight for thrift store and warehouse operations • Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators • Develop annual operational plans for retail growth • Foster engaging workplace culture across all team locations • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

Requirements: • 7+ years of leadership experience in retail or multi-site operations • Post-secondary education in related fields preferred • Proven financial management and strategic planning skills • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities • Valid BC Driver's License
