Retail & Training Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid with travel)

Type: Part-Time with potential to go full time (20–25 hours/week, hybrid with travel)

Reports to: Director of Retail / Founders

Overview

We are looking for a personable and organized Retail & Training Coordinator to nurture relationships with our existing retail partners. This role bridges sales, education, and customer care, ensuring every retailer is well-supported, stocked, and trained to represent our brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for all existing retail accounts
- Manage inventory restocks, orders, and in-person or courier product deliveries
- Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions to educate partners on new launches, product benefits, and best practices
- Visit retail locations regularly to assess merchandising, display standards, and staff engagement
- Collect partner feedback to improve brand performance and customer experience




- Track sales trends per retailer and provide monthly reports to the leadership team
- Support marketing with in-store activation days, demos, and local events
- Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships or expand product presence in-store

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience in retail coordination, account management, or training (beauty or skincare preferred)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenter and educator
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and ability for local travel

Compensation

- Hourly Rate: $27 – $35/hour
- Estimated Annual Equivalent (based on 20 hrs/week): $28,000 – $38,000
