Canada Life is seeking an experienced counsel to join its Canadian Litigation and Employment group. You will represent and advise on long-term disability and life/health insurance disputes across Canada, reporting to the AVP and Senior Counsel, Litigation.
The role demands solid advocacy, drafting and collaboration with internal partners and external counsel. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence three days per week and opportunities to lead strategic litigation
