Duties
Provide professional haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable services or retail products
Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
Ensure a clean,



organized workspace that promotes safety and professionalism at all times
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized service that encourages repeat visits

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Expertise in hair styling techniques for men’s grooming including fades, tapers, and intricate cuts
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele
Proven success in retail sales through upselling grooming products or additional services
Experience managing front desk operations such as appointment booking and payment processing
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill development
