Responsibilities
Deliver qualified haircuts, trims, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling products, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction
Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries with a friendly attitude
Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home




Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster a loyal customer base

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients
Expertise in hair styling techniques for men and women across various hair types and textures
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Ability to effectively communicate with clients about styles, treatments, and product recommendations
Retail sales experience to confidently promote products that complement services provided
Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently at the front desk
A passion for hairstyling innovation combined with a positive, energetic attitude that motivates both colleagues and clients
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation practices in the barbershop.

Pay: $5,000.00-$9,000.00 per month
