Advance Therapy provides in-home Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Surrey and the surrounding area. We are hiring Behaviour Interventionists to deliver 1:1 sessions in families' homes, with supervision and coaching from a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

What you'll do
Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in clients' homes, following each child's individual treatment plan
Use discrete trial teaching, natural setting teaching and other ABA strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA
Record accurate session data on skill acquisition and behaviour programs
Write short, objective session notes
Share progress with the BCBA and, where appropriate, with caregivers
Attend supervision, training and team meetings

What we're looking for




Diploma or degree in a related field: Psychology, Behavioural Science, Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education or similar
Experience as a Behaviour Interventionist or with children with autism is an asset; current graduates and those working toward RBT certification are welcome to apply
Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle, required for in-home travel
Clear criminal record check for work with children, or willingness to obtain one before starting
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain it
Patience, reliability and clear written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset

Schedule Based on the Client preference and Employee availability

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
