Duties
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal analysis
Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda
Assist senior lawyers in preparing for negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Review and analyze legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Support the negotiation process by preparing proposals, summaries, and relevant documentation
Maintain organized case files and ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible




Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that align with client objectives and legal standards

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Robust research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise legal documents
Demonstrated ability to draft various legal texts accurately and effectively
Solid understanding of negotiation techniques and principles
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced workplace
