Update ASE efficiently with customer interaction details
Guide customers through the entire repair process
Comply with insurance client requirements and metrics
Communicate all customer needs to the team
Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell systems

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in estimating
Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling tools
Understanding of insurance programs and procedures
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
