As our divisions expand, we’re looking for reliable individuals to grow with us from the entry level and step into Assistant Team Leader positions.

You’ll begin with three months of intensive training, starting with entry-level responsibilities, mandatory product training, and company standards while developing the skills to support your team, daily operations, and a strong customer experience.

Your Day-to-Day
Support daily operations and keep things running efficiently
Coach, motivate,



and support team members to succeed
Engage and assist customers with care and professionalism
Handle purchase processes and contribute to a positive customer experience
Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and department operations
Participate in team meetings and new-hire training initiatives
Step into leadership responsibilities to help ensure sales goals are met

What You Bring
At least one year of experience in a people-focused role, with a solid desire to learn and sharpen your skills
A strong sense of organization and the ability to juggle priorities
Great communication skills and a natural ability to lead by example
Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
A customer-first mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

Pay: $42,000.00-$54,080.00 per year
