What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Bakery/Dough Chef specializing in Arabic and Turkish-style bakery items.

Requirements:
Strong experience making Manakeesh
Experience preparing pita bread dough
Experience preparing pizza dough
Knowledge of dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking
Able to maintain consistent dough quality and recipes
Experience working in a busy restaurant or bakery
Full time availability
Restaurant located in Mississauga

Qualifications
1 year or more of proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices related to food handling and preparation.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.





Join our team as Bakery/ Dough Chef, where you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests, while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. Selected candidate must be available to be trained in our location for up to 3 days, with training taking place right after the hiring process is completed. All training hours will be paid minimum wage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
