You will assist the Head Coach with training schedules, manage compliance paperwork, and coordinate data collection for analytics. This role demands effective management of Countable Athletics Related Activities to ensure NCAA compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate individual player development plans daily
Assist Head Coach with weekly training schedules
Manage compliance and business office paperwork
Set up and break down practice and film sessions
Organize travel itineraries for practices and games

Requirements:
Experience in player development in athletics
Familiarity with NCAA compliance standards
Solid organizational and planning skills
Effective communication skills with staff and players
Background check required for employment
