The Role:

We are looking for a bartender to join our energetic and dynamic team. Our successful bartender will demonstrate robust work ethic, team driven and the ambition to deliver exceptional guest service.

What You’ll do:
Deliver excellent and engaging guest service, creating a memorable dining experience for each and every guest
Create and prepare drinks to order, service the bar seating and lounge
Prepare and stock the bar for service, execute high volumes of bar service with precision and efficiency
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Order and settle bills to various payment media
Follow restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:




2+ years of Upscale Casual and/or high-volume cocktail bar/restaurant experience in a similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer and cocktail/mixology
Demonstrates honesty, openness and kindness
Friendly and outgoing, positive attitude and energy at all times
Self-motivated learner, goal orientated
Robust organization skill, able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Set an example for a respectful, collaborative team while demonstrating appropriate working behaviors
Problem solving abilities and efficient conflict resolution
Required: Serving it Right Certification
