Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and drinks, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Clear tables promptly and reset for new guests to maintain a clean and inviting setting
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments
Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations




Support the team by bussing tables efficiently and assisting with general restaurant operations as needed

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, including bartending or serving preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in a quick-paced environment
