Job Summary

Lido Restaurant is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should be professional, attentive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
Prepare and serve beverages according to restaurant standards
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Answer questions about drinks and menu items and make recommendations
Operate the POS system and process customer payments
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Communicate drink orders and special requests with kitchen and service staff
Respond to customer questions and service concerns professionally




Follow responsible beverage service, safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

Requirements
Previous Bartender, Bar Server, or restaurant experience preferred
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, skilled, and dependable
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

Apply Now Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
