Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to children and individuals with special needs. This position offers a rewarding prospect to make a positive impact on the lives of those you work with.

Responsibilities
Implement individualized therapy programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare specialists to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and detailed client records




Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Experience
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
Knowledge of pediatric care practices
Familiarity with special education principles
Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
Ability to manage cases effectively
Proficiency in data collection methods
Previous experience in a hospital or research setting is a plus

Job Type: Part time Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per year
