Supervisor/Assistant Manager – Food Service

We are looking for an energetic Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
Oversee food preparation, quality, safety, and sanitation.
Manage POS systems, cash handling, and daily restaurant operations.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and food storage.
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:
Previous restaurant or food service supervisory experience.
Solid food preparation and food safety knowledge.
POS and cash-handling experience; Micros POS is an asset.
Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Restaurant management, barista, or hotel experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
