Sales & Event Management Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales & Event Management Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event management and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients, identify prospects, and help coordinate successful events.

Requirements:
Previous event management and sales experience is required
Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills
Comfortable working with businesses, event planners, venues, and organizations
Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales
Organized, professional, and self-motivated
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Willingness to learn audio-visual equipment, services, and event technology
Comfortable learning current products and explaining them to customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work closely alongside the operational management team to ensure events are planned and executed successfully

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with current and existing clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities




Work with clients to understand their event and audio-visual needs
Prepare quotes and assist with event planning
Coordinate with the operational management team to ensure all event requirements are communicated and fulfilled
Work collaboratively with the operations team from the initial sale through to event completion
Learn our audio-visual equipment and services and confidently present options to clients
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships
Help ensure clients receive a professional and positive experience from the first point of contact through the completion of their event

Experience in audio-visual sales is an asset, but not required. We are looking for someone with a strong sales and event-management background who is enthusiastic about learning the AV side of the business.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
