Duties
Operate machinery and equipment used for decorating apparel, such as heat presses, embroidery machines, or screen printing tools
Prepare garments by organizing and inspecting materials before decoration processes begin
Apply designs accurately using various decoration techniques, ensuring precision and consistency across all products
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process




Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed before packaging
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times during production activities

Requirements
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Valuable manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components and operating machinery
Willingness to learn new techniques related to apparel decoration and production processes
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude towards teamwork and task completion

Pay: $17.95-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 – 50.0 per week
