All training will be provided. Experience is an asset but is not required. We welcome applicants with any educational background, including post-secondary diploma. This job includes a free pair of glasses and extended health perks.

Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with patients to guide them through vision rehabilitation activities provided by the supervising optometrist
Track progress and provide feedback to the supervising optometrist
Modify therapy plans as needed based on patient response
Educate and motivate patients and families
Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical environment
Teach patients how to insert and remove contact lenses
Run visual field testing for patients
Other tasks as needed, such as administration (phone-calls and booking appointments)

A compassionate, patient-centered individual who enjoys working with kids and adults
Excited to learn and grow within a specialized area of healthcare
Comfortable using digital tools and documenting patient progress




A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus if you have:
A background in kinesiology, psychology, education, rehabilitation, or health sciences
Experience working with children, neurodiverse individuals, or in healthcare settings
Previous exposure to optometry, vision science, or therapy-based work
