We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer to join our dynamic construction team. As a vital member of our crew, you will bring architectural visions to life by constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring safety, precision, and durability. This role offers an exciting prospect to work on residential developments, utilizing your expertise in carpentry and construction techniques. Your hands-on craftsmanship will help shape the skyline and create lasting structures that stand the test of time.

Duties
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct building frameworks - not a must but pay will reflect experience
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing components using hand tools and power tools

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or framing roles with a strong understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately - not mandatory




Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment required for framing tasks - mandatory
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces
Solid attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
