As the Team Leader for the Assertive Community Treatment Team, you will direct and supervise a multidisciplinary team providing essential treatment and rehabilitation services to clients with severe mental illnesses.

Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the ACT Team
Oversee staff recruitment, orientation,



and performance supervision
Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
Conduct quality-assurance activities on program services
Provide crisis intervention and emergency supervision

Requirements:
BSW, MSW, or nursing registration
Experience in human services and management
Robust knowledge of mental health issues
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Valid Driver’s Licence and Criminal Records Check
